If you need to cancel your outdoor bounce house rental it must be done within 10 days of your event. If you need to cancel due to rain cancellation must be done by 7:00 am.

 

Call 846-6106 or 600-9344 and leave a message to cancel your rental or email atomicbounce@yahoo.com .

 

We leave to begin setting up at 7:00 am. If you call after that we may not get your message.

 

Once we have your bounce house loaded, whether you use it or not, you will be charged for the entire amount. If you cancel before 7:00 am you will be refunded your deposit (or if you paid in advance the amount you paid.)

 

 

We can not operate safely in rain or wind over 25. If it becomes too windy during your event or rains your bounce will have to be turned off until the weather improves.

At the time of cancellation we will alert your staff (if you have them) that they are not working that day. If you call and decide to move forward with your party your staff member may not still be available and are not guaranteed.
