Outdoor Bounce Rental Questions
Question: What does it mean to have a dedicated breaker?
Answer: Having a dedicated breaker is important. It means that nothing else should be plugged in on the same outlet that your bounce house is plugged in on. Sometimes this is harder than it seems because the wiring isn't always obvious.
Your plug should be within 100 feet of where the bounce house will be put up and not being used for anything else. If you do not have the ability to do this then you are able to rent a generator from us (or someone else) and use it to power your bounce house for your event.
Question: Is there room in my yard for a bounce house?
Answer: Maybe. Maybe not. The first thing to look at is do you have a level spot and how big is that spot? This will let you know whether you can fit a bounce house and how big it can be. A lot of times there may be all slope behind a house but a nice flat area in the front. If you want a bounce house be willing to be flexible on location because our inspector will not let us set up on an unsafe slope.
Question: Will I have to stay with a bouncer, like with most rental companies, if I rent a bouncer for my home event?
Answer: That depends on you! Some parents like to keep their party private and choose to be trained in the proper running of our bouncer unit. We still come and drop off, set up, and tear down your bouncer and that is included in our upfront costs.
If you choose our trained staff will stay at your event to ensure you can enjoy your party for free! We will try to get staff for your party but it is easier if you reserve early. We do not guarantee that we can find staff but we do guarantee we will try! Most of the time providing trained staff is not a problem. They are available for 4 hours at no additional charge. Need them longer? Not a problem. Each additional hour is $11 per staff member.
Question: How do you compare with other local rental companies?
We offer unique bouncers at affordable prices, we are not a drop and go company, leaving you to do all the work. Free delivery, set up, and tear down. Why try to haul 300-500 pounds around if you don't have to, let us do the hard work, and you just enjoy the fun? Also no one else offers staff!
Question: Are you a legal bounce rental operation?
Answer: We have an state certified pa inflatable inspector and Insurance and registration through PA Department of Agriculture.
Question: What other services do you offer?
Answer: We offer complete party planning.
Balloon bouquets, face painting, balloon twisting, juggling, magicians, petting zoos, and so much more! Don't see it listed? Ask us and we will be happy to accomodate your unique event planning needs?
Question: Do I have to get all that? I really just wanted a couple of things.
Answer: You can mix and match your packages. Get it all. Get only some of it. We're conveniently located, competitively priced, and we're good at what we do!

Question: What is your sick child policy?
Answer: If your child is sick we ask that they put off bouncing until they are well again! We don't want to spread germs around!
Question: What is your cleaning schedule for the bouncers?
Answer: Good question! We clean each bouncer that has been set up at the beginning of each day! We also clean all of our toys!
Question: What do you recommend to help stop the spread of germs?
Answer: Well, for one don't bring a child who is sick! Next, please use good hand washing practices. Our bouncers start out clean but all the kids touch and climb and play with the same toys, making germ spreading likely! Also if your child puts a toy in their mouth please bring it to us so we can put it out of play until we have a chance to sanitize it.
Question: Who owns Atomic Bounce, is this some big company?
Answer: We're mom-trepenuers! Katie and Nicole are 2 moms who want to stay with their children during the week but still bring in an income! This is their idea and their business. They move about 6000 pounds everytime they set up for a session!
Question: Can parents bounce with their children?
Answer: No. It is illegal in Pennsylvania for a child to bounce with someone who is not similarly sized. We want to have a fun environment for children to play in that is also legally and morally responsible. .
