  • Is Atomic Bounce insured and are units inspected?
    Yes. It is legally required to have insurance in the state of Pennsylvania, and Atomic Bounce is insured. We have inspectors that obtain their state training to set up units. Staff are also trained on what to look for and how to properly set up units. If you are working with a company that does not have insurance then they are running illegally.
  • Do you need to put down a deposit?
    For backyard rentals and small events you do not need to put down a deposit. If you have a large event we do require a deposit.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    There is no delivery fee in our close range area. Outside of that area there is a delivery fee. We travel up to an hour from home base. When you are outside of our close range area delivery fees start at $75. Please inquire as to your area so that we may give you that pricing.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    If you need to cancel due to expected rain please cancel by Thursday evening via email, text, or a phone call. Once we deliver payment is due and events are considered "rain or shine." There are no weather related refunds.
  • When are units delivered?
    For weekend rentals, most of our residential deliveries are made on Friday and aren't picked up until Sunday (this means extra days of fun for you!). Extra time is not guaranteed, however. We only guarantee rentals for the time of the event. If the event is held at a public location (school, park, business), the items are dropped off and picked up on the same day. We do not pick up after dark.
  • What is included in the rental cost?
    The rental cost includes unit delivery to your event, professional set up, and unit pickup. If you are paying for staff at your event, you are guaranteed to have professional and trained personnel for the designated time.
